24-Hour Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Requests received within 24 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible for Refund
- Request submitted 24+ hours before event start
- Event cancelled or rescheduled by organizer
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Event significantly changed from original description
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request submitted less than 24 hours before event
- Failure to attend the event (no-show)
- Change of mind after the 24-hour cutoff
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Request a Refund

Send an Email
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email address used for purchase, event name, and reason for the refund.

We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request and verify that it meets the 24-hour policy requirement. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important Notes
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and cannot be transferred to a different account.
- • If an event is cancelled by Muse Events 4 You, all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund regardless of timing.
- • In cases of event rescheduling, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
- • Partial refunds are not available. Refunds are processed for the full ticket purchase amount.
- • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
